We take complaints seriously and handle them carefully, respectfully, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. DHKC has an independent complaints procedure that is compliant with the Dutch Quality, Complaints and Disputes in Healthcare Act (Wkkgz). This procedure explains how complaints can be submitted, how they are handled, and which steps are available if a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction.
